Covid19 and Mental Health
During these times of uncertainty since the arrival of Covid19, I would like to take the time to find out how everyone is doing? How is your mental health during this time and what strategies are people using to stay focused and maintain a constant state of well being?
I myself continue to do a morning meditation, I find a simple 10 minute meditation helps to place my mind in a state of ease and better prepares me for the day ahead.
